Research

HysteReN develops conceptual frameworks and analytical tools for studying financial exchange environments as structured interaction systems. Its research focuses on exchange structures, liquidity organization, price formation mechanisms, and the constraints governing accessible market movement within complex and non-linear financial systems.

Research orientation

The HysteReN research program studies financial markets as structured exchange environments rather than reducing them to historical price series and the technical indicators derived from them.

Its objective is to investigate how exchange structures, liquidity organization, and interaction dynamics between market conditions and participants contribute to the emergence of price movement and shape the observable behavior of financial systems under structural constraints.

Main research axes

Exchange structures

Investigation of the structural organization of financial exchange environments and the mechanisms through which price formation emerges from market interactions.

Interaction dynamics

Study of how liquidity conditions, participant behavior, and market constraints interact to shape the observable dynamics of financial systems.

Conceptual and analytical frameworks

Development of formal concepts and analytical approaches designed to describe and/or compare financial exchange environments within a structural perspective.

Current research output

The first applied output of the project is the Asset Potential Tool (APT), a structural tool designed to compare financial instruments by relating characteristic movement, trading friction, and effective exposure.

APT is not intended to predict price direction or provide financial advice. It is designed as a comparative analytical framework for evaluating trading conditions under real execution constraints.

Perspective

HysteReN is currently under development and aims to progressively expand into a broader research platform dedicated to the analysis of financial systems.
